Amanda’s fascination with flowers began as a child during the summer holidays in her Grandmother's garden in the English countryside. She would spend hours dissecting and studying the various forms growing there and contemplating their incredible roll in nature.

After completing her degree in Fashion and Textiles in London she spent many years working as a designer in India, the Far East and London where she would incorporate her knowledge of natural form into her embroidery and textile designs.
Her love of intense colour, structure and light combined with her background in fashion and interiors progressed to a visual art form on canvas.

Her paintings are an expression of an inner vision, sensuality and strength, perfection and beauty magnified to a grand scale.
